Benefits of Caffeine Caffeine gets a bad rap. But lately there has been a lot of science to prove that it’s nowhere near as bad as we once thought. Sure, too much of it is bad, but that’s true about most things anyway. Except Star Wars. There can never be too much Star Wars. The point is, if you’re enjoying a coffee, or an energy drink (a good one like Bang or Celsius, not sugary garbage like Monster) and someone says “oh, that’s not good for you, caffeine is dangerous.” First, slap them in the face and tell them to stop telling you how to live your life.
